Sparletts has been delivering water to my home for over 15 years. The water is always delivered on time and the delivery person is always pleasant. It is so convenient to have water at home at all times without the need to go to the store. When the hot water button on the dispenser stopped working well, they delivery a new dispenser to me. I am very pleased with the service and had my elderly neighbor sign up. She is pleased also. We no longer have to buy cases of 16oz bottles of water to stay hydrated.

Man I can't express enough how much I love the customer service and water. I almost canceled on them because of some hiccups but they were quickly addressed and reconciled to my satisfaction. Cara has been such a God send and always provides me and my wife with the utmost respect and service. I can't thank her enough. Delivery is always a breeze and thanks to their new updates on their app and website it's easier to schedule and edit any deliveries. Long time customers like myself know the struggles of the old site lol. I love how everything is broken down on the invoices so you can see exactly what you're being charged for. They have done a really good job at itemizing things . I remember forgetting about a couple deliveries and I was able to schedule a delivery to get some water before my next delivery date. The water is delicious and the dispenser that we're renting from them is awesome too. We have the dispenser with the K-Cup holder on the top and let me tell you that thing is worth every penny. It takes a long time for it to warm up when you first install it but everything after that is within seconds. Just pop in the cup select your cup size and hit Brew and boom you got your cup of coffee. Anyways if you're reading this to decide if you want to go with their service just do it you won't regret it.

They must pay for good reviews because if you go on Yelp they have 1 star and nothing but terrible reviews . They sent me to collections twice even though I was all paid up and proved it ... they missed multiple deliveries, the wait time to talk to anyone is always over an hr , and they no showed to pick up their equipment and tried to charge me for it . I also paid $200 because they told me I could keep the machine then turned right around and said that wasn’t true and that that $ went to a past due amount even though my balance was zero!!!! I’ve never had such an awful experience with a company in my life ! I hope they go bankrupt

Sparkletts has been the best water delivery for our office. We have never had any issues and every time I've had to modify my order, it was accurate every time.
