Although, I wasn't able to have my phone repaired, my experience was still a positive one! Due to the high price of the part needed, not the reasonable labor fee, it wasn't within my budget. The gentleman behind the counter tried his best to find the lowest price possible and was extremely helpful even when he knew there was no chance of a sale! My phone is getting old (I phone 7) and the battery was dying quickly I went to this store because I live nearby and like to support local business. Allen was professional and knowledgeable and my battery now lasts much longer. He also helped me out with a new cover for my phone and gave me a wonderful deal.
