Overall great experience. I like their safety instructions explaining how to wear the safety helmet etc and checking n making sure you wear it correctly thus serving its purposes. It is very helpful for people like me who don't use safety helmets unless in situations like this. I also like how they allow people who don't want to ride the last Level 4 drop to op out and just watch from the side. They also allow those who want to jump into the water after Class 4 drop to do so. Many young kids did it and we old kids did it too. Jake is very knowledgeable and a great guide and has great passion for what he does and it shows. Lunch was great too, pita bread, peanut butter n jelly, hummus, veg n fruits, cookies n granolas, chips n salsa. All the guides worked hard n are very friendly and you can tell they really enjoy what they are doing. Only negative comment is that if you want to purchase pics, it's $80-$85 for abt 20+ pics which is very expensive. But that is a photography company working with them. We had purchased photographs/videos with other outfitters before n they charge around $40+ only. Other than that, we really enjoyed the trip.

We had an awesome time staying and playing at Wildwater. We stayed in a yurt and had access to a kitchen and bathrooms. All very clean. The first day we did a Zipline tour with Amy and Angela. These ladies did a fantastic job guiding us through the course. They were both super knowledgeable and we felt safe and secure the whole time. The second part of the day was rafting with Adam. He was an amazing coach/guide so much so we signed up to go again the next day and stepping up our game to class iv/v rapids with Joe. Joe was an awesome guide as well, even with his corny jokes 😆. We took our 12 and 15 year old kids with us and not once did they get scared or did I worry about our safety as I knew we were in the best hands possible for our adventures. Everyone from the reservation folks, to admin, to the guides, drivers and the photographer were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and made our family vacation awesome. Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to our next adventure with this crew from Wildwater. Thank you

We just had a wonderful experience today. It was our first time white water rafting with this company. The registration and check-in processes were smooth and error free. After arriving, we had an informative safety briefing and we’re given a summary of the day’s adventures. We did the 4-hour Level III rafting. Jackson, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful at being our rafting lead. The trip itself was beautiful, scenic, and serene! We had a range of participants on our trip: children up to people in their 70s and 80s. Jackson and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and met everyone’s individual needs, which made everyone feel comfortable and confident in the raft. The snacks they provided varied: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, fresh fruit, hummus and vegetables, and Oreo cookies, which we had to eat every cookie for the superstition the staff believe in! Overall, it was wonderful and we would recommend this trip to any beginner. Might be a bit basic for intermediate or advanced rafters, but perfect for first-timers. Thanks!

We had such a great time here today! We did the mini rafting trip with my 12yr old daughter & friend, two of us with some experience, one newbie. Our experience was stellar from start to finish! Super-friendly staff, with thorough explanations about what to expect & how to stay safe on the river. We felt completely safe with our awesome guide, Will. Was a fun, easy trip with an exhilarating finish at Bull Sluice. Can't wait to go back!
