Raul was real nice in helping us find the furniture we wanted and he assured me they were of the highest quality. Well when the men came to arrange the sofas, the chair was not arranged correctly and there was an awkward gap(hole) that was very noticeable so I called Raul and I had t wait weeks later, a guy came and just kept pushing & hammering it that eventually he "fixed it". Then 2x months later the motor for the recliner for the SAME CHAIR stopped working. I've never had issues with my reclining sofas especially not a few months after buying it. I'm afraid I've lost trust in the quality of this brand, the leather is great but as far as recliners and the men "fixing or arranging" the sofas not so sure. These sofas are not cheap & they were supposed to be a gift for a family, but now I'm truly embarrassed especially by the turn-around in response time. They have been waiting for an update from me for weeks now, that's ridiculous from a customer service stand-point. The right thing to do is return my calls and send me a new chair. I hope this gets resolved asap!

They are very knowledgeable and honest about their product. We went through a few designs and leather options. At the end we were able to choose the right sofas and ottoman for our place.
