Never answer the phone and when they do they make you feel like it's their money they're giving to you for help

The workers are rude at times well that one on the left side.Like it’s there money there giving the supervisor is some what ok.It was better before they took over.We all need help out here I’m pretty sure they need help as well.ALSO IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS CALL 211 THEY WILL SEND A COMPLAINT TO THE STATE .

Would I need a doctors approval to change my daughters formula? She take the regular Enfamil now but we need to change her to Soy Enfamil.

Yes you would need a doctor's approval along with a script or letter saying it was changed
