I always get Pat’s. It’s my favorite place usually which is why I am so upset about my order. 1st off, their broccoli bites are different and DISGUSTING now. I don’t know what they started doing differently these last few weeks with the broccoli bites but they are disgusting! And my order today was a little saddening. I understand there’s off days and there are times when they’re busy or not paying attention or Something Happens. But to spend $15 for a meal and it looks like this? It’s ridiculous! Their portions have always been on the smaller side for their pricing which I’ve always just dealt with because the food has been so good but this portion is ridiculous! I Grabbed one of the chicken fingers so you could get an idea of the size of my meal and the lack of fries. Do better!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I’m a regular at this pizza place and was just treated with the utmost disrespect. Last night I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap from them and it tasted a little weird but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I wake up the middle of the night with stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and (tmi) diarrhea. I’ve had food poisoning before- and this is exactly what that is. Now- I called them to make them aware that I may have gotten food poisoning from them (I didn’t eat literally anything else yesterday so that’s the only culprit) and I was immediately hit with the “I sell 50 worth of chicken breasts a day and have had no other complaints” ok, that’s great to hear but that still leaves possibility that my chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly or I received just a bad piece of chicken. I wasn’t rude or anything even slightly in that manner the whole time. But the owners only response to me saying that maybe it wasn’t cooked right was “thanks for informing me.” And hung up. I won’t go back here and the customer service I had this time completely threw me off guard.

I’ve been getting Pat’s for a very long time, perhaps maybe more than a decade, and NEVER has it failed us. Anything on the menu you can find, it will definitely end out good, and it’s always to die for. Great service, great food, great everything.
