Alfonso and Brad are thee best maintenance team I've ever had. Hard working and very friendly. Highly recommend renting here. Eric the manager is very kind and friendly always saying high to tenants and kids, very personable. I've had such a great experience living here because of the staff. If you want to live somewhere in East County Lakeside this is the best place to call home!

So I'm fairly new to this complex been here since August 2018 as of this point everything has been amazing the manager has been great very accommodating and helpful and the maintenance staff are rockstars. E When I call or put a request in online they are on it most of the time within a few hours. The biggest thing for me was the garage they are huge I can park my car and still have tons of room for storage. I have very friendly neighbors and it's super quiet at night. I really I don't have any complaints as of this point keep up the good work thanks.
