Alana’s crew organized our laundry room and storage space. They did an amazing job. We marvel at what a difference clear containers make and we have managed to maintain the space because the set up is practical. Alana’s did a great job understanding our needs for the space and finding products that meet our needs. We will definitely use them for our next organization project.

Alana helped make my vision come true. Our garage is a multi-use, shared spaced. She really listened to exactly what I needed and was able to create a plan to accommodate everyone's needs. Alana was there for us in our deepest need this year. Our house was in disarray, my severely disabled daughter was with me for months on end and the only thing I could think of was how we were going to get through this. I contacted Alana in April or May, and even getting on the schedule started to give me hope. To make a long story short Alana rolled up her sleeves, reorganized my home and garage and it even got a smile out of my autistic daughter (very rare), Grace. I am enjoying every single change that Alana brought to our life. I recommend her without fail, she is one in a million.

I recently moved across country and needed assistance unpacking and organizing my new apartment. From the very beginning, Alana and her team were a godsend! If you've ever moved interstate, you know that no one gives you a definite date/time (just a "delivery window"), and Alana was extremely flexible to help meet my needs, and reschedule once the movers inevitably changed dates. When the day finally came, her team was prompt and well-prepared. They got to work on the stacks and stacks of boxes immediately. They even broke down and recycled the empty boxes! At the end, they made sure to do a walk-through, and get my input one last time, just in case I wanted anything changed. Even though I didn't lift a finger, they made sure to keep the process interactive, so that when they left, it really felt like my home. I honestly can't recommend Alana's Organizing enough!

When do I pay for my services?

A 50% deposit for services and products is required in order to secure your dates on the calendar. Your final invoice will reflect the remaining 50% from the initial proposal + products and any additional services. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, or Venmo.

Is my project proposal price final once I sign my agreement?

The total amount may be updated based on adjustments to hours, products purchased, or add-on services if any. If there are any changes, you will be notified prior to the completion of your project. Usually, any adjustments are minor, unless there is a significant change of plans (for example, adding another room or space to be organized after work begins).

We create a custom quote based on the scope of the project. This quote covers everything that’s outlined in your proposal. If the scope of the project changes, we will create a new quote based on your wants and needs.

How much do the products cost?

Products typically average an additional 30% of the project total. Once Step I of the project is complete, we’ll have a more clear picture of the estimated cost.

Do I need to be there while you’re organizing or unpacking my home?

Absolutely not! We only ask for your input during the purging process, then our team can take it from there. In fact, most of our clients are either working or relaxing while we do our thing!

Do you provide packing or unpacking services for moves?

Our team can assist with purging and sorting before your home is packed up, and unpacking + organizing at your new home. We let the movers do the packing, however, we can be onsite during the packing process to label boxes, take inventory and assist in making sure all is flowing and organized. We have a list of preferred moving companies that we are happy to recommend if needed.
