We carry synthetic and all purpose dyes.
They don't do exchanges. You can do a return without the receipt but it's going to be the lowest price it's been in the last 90 days and it's going to be store credit
You would have to call specific location to ask, on line it says they have some selection.
I could not tell you but it is a very good place. of fabrics.
