Terrible customer service. We have been Hilton Honors members & have been staying at this location for years & have never experienced anything like we did today. . . Our reservation was for 2 nights. They checked us out after only 1 night. We were out when we were contacted about things being left in the room when housekeeping went to clean the room. We handled the mistake over the phone & got everything straightened out. We were informed that upon returning to the hotel, our keys needed to be reactivated. Ok, no problem. However, when we returned, the clerk was very rude & nasty. We mentioned the error that had occurred & he proceeded to slam the keys on the counter & makes comments about us not having to stay there & that we shouldn't be complaining & be grateful. Once we get to the room, we find that our toiletries & all of the food & drinks we had purchased & put in the refrigerator had been thrown out. When we made the clerk at the desk aware, he was still rude, refused to assist or offer any compensation & threatened to call the police. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager on duty. As a family that has stayed with Hilton hotels for the last decade, we are aware of Hilton standards and today, the service we received was nowhere near that standard. Very disappointing. Not satisfied with this visit at all.

Nice hotel with average cleaning going on twice a day. Hallways need a good vacuum. Had a male housekeeper in the hall playing his music loudly on his phone speaker. Was told by front desk staff that it's acceptable and they can do it. Kinda defeats the "do not disturb" signs. Managers special is on Wednesdays only with Salad, a soup and cookies. Good parking. Kitchen lady is very pleasant.

Nice place, the breakfast was great with sasage,eggs,sausage,, fries, pancakes,or waffles, bagles,cereal, coffee juice,milk ect the servers were great friendly and helpful, Rooms were clean well stocked, bed was not to my liking but was a pillow top mattress. ( back surgery need firm one) but was a great place.

Was good to stay for two weeks for business. Nice, friendly people, cleanliness ok. Complimentary breakfast could be better in quality and variety, especially on the healthy food side. Otherwise, I would recommend and I would go back next time. 👍
