I also just met the manager because of some confusion with an order, and above and beyond seems like company policy...I kist cannot say enough great stuff about this place since I moved here 6 years ago, and they were one of my first stops, saving move-in day!

Great neighborhood hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable but not always friendly. I needed two set of locks re-keyed - I expected it to take at least an hour but they had it done along with duplicate keys made in 20 minutes! On another visit, they didn't have what I needed but they were able to steer me to a competitor to find what i needed.

We are sorry we missed you. Come on by today and we'll be glad to help. The hours displayed online are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM -- We recently changed our hours to open at 7:00 AM and close at 5:30 PM.
