Dear Public Library, As long time patrons we come here for the super cute atmosphere, books and activities, not for the activism pushing for a sense of "equality/inclusivity" paid for with our tax dollars! Where is your display for Autism Awareness Pride? How about Down Syndrome Pride, Cancer Survivor Pride, and Pride recognition for every struggle that affects every human that inhabits this planet? Political and moral activism does not need to come from the companies in which we shop, our schools and especially not our libraries. Please be the great library we have enjoyed for so long and not bullies pushing your sense of morality!

I visited with my little niece and other family members and got some magazines, found a comfortable chair and started reading. My family members left before me and then I was approached by a staff member to kick me out of the comfortable chair because I wasn't with a child. While I wholeheartedly support being proactive in protecting children, all of the comfortable chairs in the library shouldn't be in that area if it is going to be policed like that. In this way, you are only allowed to sit in a comfortable chair if you have a child with you. Aside from that, I appreciate the strong collection of books and periodicals and the beautiful building.

Mark was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up with my card. Great selection of books, clean facility, good hours, and lots being done to help the community in Greenville.

We normally go to the branch in Taylors but we wanted check out a new branch. WOW! This branch is huge! Clean and bright, the childrens section/area is phenomenal. Tons of books, areas to sit and read, computers for kids to work on. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
