I had an appointment today and it was a very bad experience. The lady who was working there sauntered into the store 5 minutes before my appointment. Then she went a back room and I could see her just sitting in a chair while people with earlier appointments just continued to wait. After 5 minutes she came out to say that her computer was down and we’d all have to reschedule. Then she just walked away. I just rescheduled at the Pelham location 30 minutes later and was treated much more professionally there.

Have been sitting here, waiting for 45 minutes on our appointment, and nothing. No seating. Haven’t been addressed. Nada. Got time to meander around making jokes with the CVS people, go outside, whatever, but make us wait for almost an hour.

This CVS Is Not The Place For Medical Services Because The Staff Is Very Unprofessional. Nurse Suppose To Be A Nurse( Star Curtis) Need To Be At A Mcdonald Flipping Burger.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Completely unethical medical practices happening here. Went in for a simple women services issue, and was denied service because of the nurse’s religion! I’m 100% in support of religious freedom, but when it comes to MEDICAL CARE, you just can’t do that! If you know the establishment administers certain services that you can’t participate in, do not work there!!! I have to wait to receive SIMPLE services because she would not have done the procedure anyway. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!
