As you walk in a greeting is in unison from cashiers left & right. From there you can see a few areas and the items they hold. Immediately a red vested smile wearing employee is ready to hear what brings you in. The store layout is different than one would expect, but this isn't a warehouse store that you have to download an app to navigate. Every available sq.ft holds product to "get 'er done" My apology in advance if I get this wrong, but there is a Hispanic man who seems to be coordinating the floor and I'm unsure of his position. Not only was he directing traffic of employees, but also making sure all customers were being taken care of. Personally. Folks, if you miss the experience of the "old shop on the corner." Bauman's will rekindle it. And that is why I go here. To feel that genuine, and sence of customer concern that is lost these days.

Largest Ace Hardware store in Riverside or surrounding areas. Staff on the floor are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very personable.

Absolutely amazing place I have gone for 25 years with my family to get everything tool related we have needed. Definitely recommend it.
