Great fully paved trail for biking, though has a lot of traffic lights to cross. Great view on the American lifestyle and a kid prison.

This is a popular bike route. It starts in Montclair/Claremont and I think it goes all the way to San Bernardino. Lots of people along the trail and everyone is walking or riding a bike or just walking there dog. It's lit at night but some not as well lit as some other areas.

This is a great trail to walk or bicycle from Pomona to Rialto. The only minor flaw is that there are many roads crossing this trail, so I need to stop many times to wait for the lights. I and my two kids who are 9 and 15 years old started from Rancho Cucamonga to Rialto. On other day, We tried from Rancho Cucamonga to Pomona. It was very good time both side. My two kids like Pomona area but I like Rialto area. I recommend leaving an hour before sunset. If you depart at that time, you will be able to see the cool breeze and the wonderful sunset. You need a bottle of water and lights.
