Had a phenomenal experience here! I saw a friend's new haircut, and I'm new to San Diego; so I asked for the information. His barber was booked, but I lucked out and got PEP instead. He is awesome! I've been back for a second cut now, and I'm grateful for the consistent high-quality work. My hair is a little difficult, thick and stubborn, and I've left looking great each time (and have gotten so many compliments!). The entire staff seems chill, and just overall welcoming vibes. Also, all the other customers I've watched leave looking wicked sharp. Absolutely recommend checking this place out!

I explained my barber how I wanted my hair to be cut and showed a picture as an example. He ended up cutting it too short. Additionally he scratched mole on my scalp and it started bleeding. Not the best experience. I think this place is overpriced for the quality of service they provide.

Place is clean and people are friendly PEP did a great job even with the awkwardness of our masks. They take walk-ins but recommend appointments. It's easy to make appointments from their website and you can sometimes get an appointment in about an hour same day.
