This is the first time in my life I've been frustrated with a barber. I was 6min late due to driving around for 20 min to avoid the 25$ parking lot next door. I ended up paying the 25$ fee, not being able to find anything else. I show up after replying to a text saying I'm parking and will be there for my appointment. Once there I tell my barber what I want and she tells me she does not have time to do that because she has an appointment in 20 min. Since I already paid for parking and really need the haircut I get it . I'm really easy going when it comes to haircuts. But this was ridiculous, I've been happy at every other location of this franchise.

I like to mention that Hannah C. Is the best hairstylist ever. I must say every time I go in for a haircut she makes me look fantastic. You can tell her job is her best friend. Thank you Hannah for all your efforts. Also like to do a big shoutout for the folks at the front desk and the staff they’re amazing too. Always willing to help and suggest different products. I find the products to be excellent I use them myself. David M

I'm new to town and needed a haircut so I googled for one of the top rated barbers. I decided to come to this place. The girl did not introduce herself, I showed her and told her how I wanted my haircut. She was very fast cutting my hair in 10 minutes and at the same time she wanted to get my brain out 🧠 as she pressed very hard with the clippers. I noticed cuts on my skin when I got home. The cut was uneven The cut she did was not what I expected!

i went in with hair down to my shoulders and i told elizabeth that i wanted it all gone. we were both nervous since i have curly hair but it turned out great and elizabeth was so nice and overall i had a great experience. i’ll be going back
