First time customers. Ordered online and got there 15 minutes early. They would not start making our order and said we had to wait for the requested pick up time. Fair enough. We left and came back. When we got home the tenders I ordered were inconsistently seasoned. Some had some seasoning others had none at all and they were over cooked and super oily. The fries were soggy and beyond saving. We can usually stick fries in our air fryer to crisp them up. Didn’t work with these limp sticks. They were beyond oily. My wife’s breaded chicken thigh bites were mostly breading. Some pieces were nothing but breading. Seriously? They were not juicy in the slightest. I can’t forget to mention the worst roll I’ve ever eaten. It’s basically subway bread but round. In my opinion their fry oil isn’t hot enough and everything is soaking up oil before cooking properly and because they are cooking them longer it’s drying out all the meat. This is also why I think the fries were so bad. Whatever the case may be they are unacceptably bad and we will not be ordering from WingStop again. Truly terrible. We will order from “Wings To Go”from now on. That place was great.

My online order was available and waiting when I arrived and it was early. The employees were friendly and helped me with a smile. I was in and out in under a minute. The food was awesome too. Perfect experience. It was only 5pm so not too busy yet.

SO many issues with this visit. Cashier talks WAY to much about personal life. I had to interrupt her to give her my order. Both orders should of been boneless and the bone in wings order had not one but TWO hairs in it!! We will NOT be back.

Went in today and the staff was so helpful and nice. Even waited in the vehicle for my order to be done and they brought it out for me!! Will definitely be back soon. The food was delicious too!
