We went into Roots Hair and Beauty looking for a wig for my mom who is having chemo. The young lady who helped us was very patient. She made us feel welcome and provided the best customer service of any of the places we have visited so far. I wish all the places provided such great customer service.

So helpful the young lady who assisted me with finding crochets to help with a style. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Nice place and I appreciated this place being in the area. A newer place opened up a few blocks from here and although its larger it does not have the same quality this establishment has. Noone was leaning on the counter or on there phone.

Staff was very polite. Another customer walked in to the wig room and remarked "I don't like these. They all look fake." I'm no wig connoisseur but they kind of did. I bought one anyway to wear under my church hat. It was good enough to get me through.

It is good !! Make sure you soak it in ACV & warm water .. dependi ng on how much of your head is shaved , if you get the LONG packs of hair it shouldn't take more than 4 ...
Honestly that name is hilarious but i have never heard of it so im not sure you can always call the store they are very helpful
