Although our dog's outcome was not what we wanted ( Toccoa died after 9 days), I cannot say enough about the staff and Doctors here. Two prior Vets did not find the snake bite, but this crew did and worked aggressively and most likely, tirelessly to try and save her. Dr. Mays, Jones, and Lombardo kept us in the loop on all major changes in treatment and outcomes throughout Toccoa's time there. It is extremely evident that the entire staff are completely engaged as well as compassionate for not only the animals, but the humans too. Thank you all so much for working so hard for Toccoa and us.

We had to take our stray cat Whiskers here tonight and I can’t say thank you enough to the staff at VCA. He is 💯 a feral cat we just feed on our back porch, but he’s stolen a little piece of our hearts regardless. Yesterday we noticed our little stray limping and his leg was swelling… today we felt the swelling has gotten worse so we did our best to trap him in an animal trap and brought him down to VCA. I had brought my dog here before and they did a great job. Whiskers was given the best care and love tonight. Thanks for taking care of our sweet Whiskers. He’s going to recover just fine from his fractures tibia.

This past Saturday night we had to bring Princes my husbands service dog also our family member. They were very compassionate and explained the situation about Princess. We thought it was just a something simple but it was worse. We decided to have her euthanized. It would nothave been fair to let her suffer. The Doctor and all other staff were very compassionate and understanding. Thank you all for taking care of our baby.

My husband and I would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff for being there for us. The office staff went out of their way to help us. Please thank Dr. Ellis. He was kind, informative, and tried to do the best he could for our beloved Bo. He was kind gentle and caring with our little-loved one. I wish you were closer. Our hometown vet refused to look at him. It took us over an hour and a half to get to you. You helping our Bo meant so much to us.
