Do NOT go here! Waited since Saturday for a man named Max to go thru the process of reserving a room at the motel. I previously asked about bringing 2 dogs. Which I was told would include a $50 cleaning fee per pet. It was SIMPLE, 4 people since they had two full size beds, and 2 dogs. We wanted to pay cash but needed to reserve a room with a card, one of the other guests was paying for it with cash but I proceeded to use my card for reserving it....He proceeded to tell me that they dont WANT pets. So whether they allow pets for a cleaning fee doesnt matter because they dont WANT them. He proceeded to tell me that this was getting two convoluted and that we should stay somewhere else. This is bull and every website I can I will put a negative review for everyone to see! Just so people are aware of what they are dealing with. Horrible customer service and in very bad taste!

South Sauty Resort is the perfect location. My family and I are definitely coming back. The staff, the views, the atmosphere everything was wonderful.we stayed 2 days longer than we had planned. We just didn't want to go

We came up May 23, 2019 for Memorial weekend at Nick's Point. My husband was in a fishing tournament that weekend. This was our 3rd Memorial weekend at this campground. We have always loved coming, but after this one, we will NEVER be back! Sunday the 26th we took the kids to the dock at our camp area (Nick's Point). Another camper had his boat parked at the top of the dock, no biggy. A snake swam through right by my son so he jumped on the front of the guys boat, which he should not have done and he got in trouble for it. So we continued swimming and playing and then my daughter got on the front of this boat. The front of the boat was built like the front of a pontoon boat. When we saw her we immediately scolded her and made her get down and explained that you don't touch someone else's property! Well about 3 min later a big guy comes up and tells us that was his boat and we needed to get our sh** and get off that dock and off his campground (this guy was not camp owner, just owner of the boat) we sincerely apologized for the kids and explained that they would not be doing that again. He continued to rant and told us we needed to learn to control our damn kids and he informed us that he had called someone. When the guy who worked there showed up, my daughter was in tears and had personally apologize to the man. The worker was listening only to the other guy and told us we had to go to our camper and couldn't come back to the dock. We tried to explain, but got nowhere! The guy said he was a seasonal renter and basically had more rights than we did. We told the worker that if this was how we would be treated we would be back. He told us that would be best! And the ranting guy told my 10 year old to shut up! Got 4 inches from my face and my cousins face who is 5 months pregnant! All while this worker watched and didn't say 1 thing to him about it! So unless you are a seasonal person they don't care for your business!

Food was delicious! Service was great. Very friendly! Priced very reasonable! Can't wait to go back. Wish we didn't live so far away!!
