🤩 5/2022, Perfect Customer service over the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable. Great repair guy. I loved his leather work vest. They fixed my 2002 Kemnore sewing machine within a couple of days. It now humms like a lil engine. Great Community Shop. Check it out.

Thoughtful, knowledgeable service. The old Miele had a burned out motor. I got some trade in $$ for it. Two day turn around with the results on the inspection of the old vacuum. They make the customer feel valued, so many places do not anymore. This is not bargain basement, if u want cheap u will have to go elsewhere.

I came here to see about getting my old hand-me-down sewing machine repaired. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, very helpful, and very honest. Didn't feel like a typical sales pitch or like they were trying to rip me off, which is nice because I'm new to sewing.

Yes we do! Our Sewing Machine Tech is here every Wed, so normal service time is a week or less. 😊 No appt required.
We should be able to easily order that part of we don't already have it in stock. The party is actually called the Ankle. Bring in the broken one just to make sure the one we have matches, they make a couple of different ankles for low shank machines. 😊 Feel free to call the store tomorrow, we open at 10am
I learned how to sew at SewVac. It is a great place and I didn't buy my first machine there. Go in and talk to their staff I am sure they will help you. They are wonderful.
