Pros: Fried okra and French fries were delicious, BBQ sauce was great, staff was very nice Cons: ribs were very dry, beans were bland Overall I'd go back, but probably not get ribs or beans again.

Well I moved here in Gadsden one and a half years ago I've been looking for a really good barbecue and was hoping that Walk Hard Barbecue was it, by reading the reviews but I wonder is this the best these people ever had? I got two whole slabs of ribs for the family And was disappointed that they were very dry on top like they sit under a warming light and slightly burned and don't get me wrong y'all I love a little charred on my ribs but when you bite into a rib you want to feel a little give at the bone a the meat to be succulent but these ribs were dry on top and fatty underneath! The coleslaw was very dry as well and not creamy! Well I'm sorry Walk Hard Barbecue but I have to walk hard away but keep trying!!

Best barbecue, in an unlikely place. We were in the area unexpectedly and were extremely hungry. First the amazing smell of barbecue cooking on the huge grill outside caught our attention. We went inside and it smelled just as wonderful. You order your food at the counter and when it's ready they bring it to your table. For $7.00 we had a barbecue pork plate with fried okra, slaw and Texas Toast and it was delicious, down to the last bite. They have everything from pork, chicken, beef or ribs, all at extremely reasonable prices and everyone there was friendly and made us feel at home. If you live in the area or you are passing through, as we were, Walk Hard BBQ is worth the stop.
