We have stayed at almost all of the nearby hotels in the area and this is by far, hands down the best! This is our 3rd time staying here. We would never consider going back to any of the surrounding hotels. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was large and comfortable for my family of 5. I believe the man's name was Phillip at the front desk that checked us in this stay and he was very welcoming and helpful. Katrina is very friendly and attentive at breakfast. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. Recently remodeled (about 1 year ago), well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Staff was attentive and warm welcoming. Breakfast staff especially! Katrina was always walking around wiping down things, refilling the food, asking if we needed anything and being very personable. This was a very pleasant hotel to stay at and I would highly recommend it.

We called the Hotel on 4/6/22 to book a one night stay on 4/30/22. EXPLICITLY asked for a room with a WALK IN SHOWER… Was quoted a price for a corner suite because this room “had a walk in shower”.. When we arrived at the Hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and checked into our room. We immediately realized that the room had a small shower/tub combo. I went back to the front desk and made the attendant aware and was informed that “He’d just sold their last room” and that “Because of all the ways the rooms are coded, they must’ve inadvertently made a mistake when putting our reservation in”…. We accepted the mistake since it was only for one night and went to bed. When we’d gone to bed we had two fountain drinks that we’d left on the desk/counter. No more food was in the room. When we woke up to leave, the drinks, and all of our luggage/clothes were covered with ants. We had to remove all of our items and clean ants off and out of everything before we could get dressed to leave. I was apologized to, but nothing could be done without the manager. A few hours later we called back and asked for a receipt because we hadn’t received one and they’d taken $30 off the total ($147) charge for the room(That was wrong to begin with!). They assured us it was an “isolated incident” and apologized. Do NOT recommend.

Very helpful, accommodating and pleasant staff. The room was nice and the bed extremely comfy and slept very well. I came to Gadsden a couple months a go, we didn't stay here, but I can say that I wish we had. We will definitely be back.
