I had an appointment to look at this apartment today at 1pm. Received my reminder an hour before. Got there at 12:50pm and no one was at the leasing office. I sat outside and waited until 1:30pm and no one ever showed up. I called every number I could find and of course no one answered. This is ridiculous, why schedule an appointment and not show up. This is so unprofessional. & of course I know I won’t receive a call or explanation for days. It took me days to even get a phone call back to schedule this appointment.

Mailyn was very friendly and professional. She noticed the stove was missing pans and she put in a work order right away. Maintenance appeared within 10 minutes and was also very friendly. Room was clean, carpet was new, ottoman and happy to know that the AC worked on a very hot move in day. No complaints as of right now.

Bryttanie was very nice and amazing to work with!! I just moved in, so far so good, but I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in Douglasville, and I’m looking forward to staying here for a few years!

So far I have been staying here since December and me and my kids both love it. The office staff are so nice and have great customer service skills. The maintenance guy is very fast and efficient. As soon as you put a request in he’s right on it. Even if you’re just passing by and you say hey this needs to be done, he grabs what he needs and gets right on it. I didn’t receive a paycheck for the whole month of January and the office manager worked with me with paying. She even gave me resources to contact for assistance. I highly recommend Place at Midway.
