Here on Fathers Day and it’s super busy but we’ll staffed. We didn’t wait more than 10 mins for our food. And the FOOD. OMG. Excellent. Get the root beer and get a shake for sure. And a burger. And fries. Just get everything! Idk how in the universe this place only has 3.6 stars right now. That’s bananas. 5 Stars all the way!!

Great location at U Village! The shack burger was awesome as usual. Perfect presentation and very delicious. I ordered the chicken nuggets for the first time but didn't like them. No matter bc I love the burgers so I'll always come back for those. I also tried a blood orange citrusade for the first time. It is very tart. Be prepared to pucker up! Appreciated that a worker was going around with disinfectant cleaning wipes and cleaning the tables. I do wish they would open up the kiosks (they were all closed when we visited May 2022). There was only one cashier working. The line doesn't need to constantly be that long. If we didn't have to wait so long I would up to a 5 star.

Came here yesterday and enjoyed everything. Ordered the Shack burger with cheese I think and chicken nuggets. The Chicken nuggets look dark on picture but they weren’t which means their oil is not old like other restaurants.. lol everything was really good and customer service was excellent. It is pricey considering the size of the burger. They’re small, but they’re very good that I think it’s worth the price.:)

If possible, I will give them a 0 star. I’ve been there three times, and 2 out of 3, I found a hair in my food. There is an issue with their quality control. First time there was a hair in their milkshake. Second time it’s a hair in the burger. The cashier said they were making a new burger for me. However, they totally forgot to make it. I went to the cashier and the person made an insincere apology. I’m not gonna trust this location anymore.
