Poor customer service manager was so rude he was not in mood to help me. My friend gave me a gift and she lost the receipt manager told me without the receipt we cannot even exchange The only exchange they can do if they have a same blouse in the store. If not then I'm out of luck.. Didn't have a same size so they so they cannot change it and I showed them the shirt was ripped I did pay attention at the time we bought it but he said it's not my fault You took it home so I don't know what to say Very very bad customer service. And even though on the clearance it was $50 no more shopping from Zara. Horrible service bad bad service

My specific review is for the Man Section. I like this location very much because it’s always less crowded than the ones in south coast plaza and Cerritos. Those mentioned locations are very very bad even on the weekdays, and their clothes are everywhere, it’s almost like swap meet there. Those complained this location has not seen the check out line at south coast yet!!it’s crazy there 1+ hour for check out. The Del amo zara is much more organized, less crowded, all sizes available. My sizes are S and M, it seems like there are lot of these sizes here. The check out line is short and fast. I should have come to this location sooner! It’s just a bit far from me because I live right next to south coast.

Terrible service. I purchased a $100 pair of heels under the condition that I’d be able to return them within 30 days. After finding a more suitable pair of shoes, I attempted to bring them back 5 days later with the original tags and receipt all for the manager Chan to refuse to issue a refund because of their “condition”. Why sell them in a condition that you can’t accept yourself? Thoroughly disappointed.

“Cool store, and I used to wear their stuff, but when I asked about sizes above small and XS, the salesperson told me they don’t put them out on display. I asked her to clarify that I have to ask them to check their stock to try on items in my size. ‘That’s right,’ she said, and walked away. “No thanks, i already have enough body shame.” ~dictated by a female friend.
