I always liked coming here until yesterday, I tried the new southwest burger and both my wife and I received cold burgers when I first asked for it I wanted a double seeing the meat is paper thin as it is but the person who I believe was the manager said they couldn't make a double, like no one knew how to put the extra patty on the roll, and they advertise a double on the menu, while they had us getting our own soda which I like picking something out, he put our bag on the counter and disappeared so we figured it was ours seeing we were the only people in there we grabbed it and left thinking we were never asked if we wanted to eat in, when we got outside to eat there was no napkins no ketchup and no one at the counter to ask if we wanted any of these items, the only reason I gave this rating a 2 was the burger even though cold was good

Okay so where do I start? First off, I wasn't sure where to turn in so I literally went through this Gauntlet fence where I guess they were doing construction in a Grand Jeep Cherokee but I managed haha. The guy that took our order was very weird and I couldn't understand a darn thing he was saying and he couldn't understand us. He was just really weird and I will never ever ever ever go back there. The food was normal I guess for Burger King but the experience and the location and all of that other stuff was ridiculous and whoever the heck they had at the drive-thru had some problems.

Once again they forgot part of my order and I had to ask for my debit card back. The location is in a bad spot but I still like the food

Service there has been very spotty. I have returned to store, spoke with manager, but I wasn't far from the store when I realized the errors.
