7/20 Double stack only had one patty when I got home from the drive thru. Tried calling and phone was off the hook and could not contact them. Something is always screwed up from the drive thru.

A superior experience once again, my double stack exceeded standards and has satisfied my cravings. However management runs this place, it's great, keep doing it. Highly recommend.

we have a disabled employee that stood in line for over 15 minutes with walking cane. He didn't even get to the front of the line because you have a severely undertrained employee discussing coupons with 2 teenagers. This is not the first time there has been issues like this before. We are done with Wendy's. Would give it less than a star if possible. And just so you know there were no managers trying to jump in and get the line down... Keep in mind one register only was open during the heat of lunch time...... Just another reason to avoid this place all together

Honestly there isn't alot to expect but the aggravation of them intentionally making the drive through line wait to place an order longer then needed just so the drive through window clock doesn't count against them for an order taking to long to prep. Its seriously stupid.
