Lashowroom will allow their vendors to abuse you and close your account if you fight back. Don’t shop here go to FashionTogo. I did business with lashowroom over 10 years and one of the vendors they favor charges me $100 to rush a dress for my customers wedding. The vendor Lets shipped the dress late and it arrived the Monday after the wedding. Let’s blamed it on ups. I called to get help from LAshowroom they were very Nonchalant And non and Insisted on me contacting the vendor the vendor knew La showroom would side with them so they taunted me and did nothing I was forced to file a dispute so when I sent a dispute through my bank LA showroom close my account. The vendor was clearly wrong but they did not care. I had a similar issue with fashionto go where my shipment got sent to the wrong state fashion to go got involved and they helped us resolve the situation they have a lot more vendors and a much better price do not shop with LA showroom they care nothing about you just your dollar and if we don’t stop spending money with the people that do us wrong then they will have no reason to change

Update to their response. Lashowroom has ignored my messages why would I keep emailing? Unprofessional If I could give no stars I definitely would. Stay away not trustworthy, rude and slick thrives. This company assisted a vendor named Nylon in assisting with stealing money from me and double charging me. You really have to be careful with untrustworthy companies that promote these type of vendors. Nylon had me blocked from the website to place a order stating my bank took the money back from them when I placed an order. First they didn't send me my entire order. I contacted Nylon and Lashowroom multiple times no one would respond to my email. Then when my bank reached out to them they ignored them as well. They had me blocked by Lashowroom and another company I will not name because they were more understanding and carry themselves with interegty. When I spoke with them and showed the other company how I reached out to Nylon multiple times they unblocked me. Lashowroom didn't and were extremely nasty about it. Nylon stated my bank received the money back when they had not. So they said okay we'll charge for what we sent. Sent me another invoice and I paid it. My bank called me a couple of weeks to close the case but as were talking we came to an understanding Nylon had overcharged me and owed me a refund. Nylon is refusing to give me my money back and Lashowroom is upholding their wrong. They will ignore you and will not respond professional when you email them. I'm not done with this matter. If they continue to give my back a problem I will take a civil action our as well. That's over $400. Their thrives and beware. I would not recommend them to a dog.

Horrible customer service. They do not state clear instructions on their registry when uploading documents. They have a simple 1st grade instruction set up.. but yet decline you because you didn’t read their minds. People run businesses and don’t have time for games. Go register elsewhere if your a new business, these people have the audacity. Besides I’m sure they’re selling the same clothing everyone else is. I have experienced several registrations that went so smoothly, with business level clear stated instructions. Upgrade your site with specifics before you decline people who spent the time providing sensitive information.

I’ve been using LA Showroom for my boutique for a couple of years now. I’ve had good and bad service and products. I’m learning who to purchase from and who not to still. Shoe click is a very reliable supplier and great customer service they refunded my partial order to defects with no problem. And I’ve gotten great products from them as well. However a lot of times the place in order the call you and tell you but they don’t have it so the website is not really true. After reading the reviews I will try to find shoe click and Stella shoes on their own website to use in the future. I’ll give them a 4 because I have the latest styles and trends and for the most part do good business. Let’s see style however sent me some horribly wrong size shoes and the quality was very bad and when I called them on it they offered me a $30 credit which is not even the shipping on the whole box but when I went to use it each time they said they were out of whatever I was trying to purchase so I will never purchase from them again even though they show they have new items.
