First time coming to this BK location. All 5 burgers/sandwiches were fresh as were the onion rings. Could have just been great timing but we did not have to wait very long for our food.

Best fast food experience in recent memory! Excellent customer service from all staff we interacted with but (wish I'd caught her name) especially wanted to compliment the woman running the register today April 11th approximately 11:35am. She was warm and welcoming and since I hadn't eaten at BK in a long while I had a few questions about the new menu. She patiently answered my questions, made sure we had what we needed for our lunch, and even checked in on us and all the other customers in the dining room when there was a break at the register. My son took me here because he really likes BK but it wasn't my first choice. After having such a nice experience and lunch I would definitely give BK another chance.

Store was clean and all the employees were very friendly and welcoming, didn't catch her name but the lady running the front counter at the time (11:35AM 04/11/2022) was great and super polite telling my dad about new menu items (he hadn't been to a burger king in about 13 years) making sure we had the condiments we wanted. She even went around the store and checked in on all the customers and asked them how their food was after the drive-through stopped being as busy. All around extraordinary service you'd normally only see from a normal restaurant, utterly amazing service compared to other "fast" food restaurants nowadays where I've employees literally ignore me and try to make me wait an hour for a cheese burger.

Good was good, Poor customer service. The young man who waited on us at the window neither greeted us nor looked at us and literally handed us a bag of food while facing away from us and talking to a coworker. I understand how hard it is to get and keep good staff, but come on, dude.
