We came to Fast Fix, with a specific idea of how we wanted our daughter’s engagement ring to look, and Hans was not only able to do it, he made it look BEAUTIFUL!! Thank You Hans!! I have and will continue to recommend Fast Fix to anyone I know!! Five Stars! Bravo!

Fast fix jewelry has good collection. I have purchased a neck piece recently and everyone seeing that has appraised. The service provided by the employees was very good and employee has explained everything in detail where I got interested to buy one.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They took my watch in, did repairs and returned it promptly to our satisfaction. The store was clean and well stocked with many attractive watches and jewelry for men and women, all at competitive prices. We have been going to this store for our watch and jewelery needs for years and recommend this place enthusiastically to friends and family.

Took two watches for new batteries 1.G-Shock 2. Pulsar Receipt shows: 1. New battery for a MOVADO watch( I don't even own that kind of watch) 2. Band Adjustment-removed a link on the bracelet ( I did not have a link removed) I took two watches to change the batteries, and Yazmin said she would give us a good deal( $60). So, I left my two watches and came back about 30 minutes late to pick them up. I noticed the next day that the watch had condensation, so I decided to take it back. I returned on 3/15/22 to see how they could correct the issue, and they did not want to fix the problem they caused. Yazmin, unfortunately, did not put the correct information in the system, and our receipt does not show that she changed the batteries on my G-Shock watch. For some reason, she put that I took in a Movado watch instead of a G-Shock, and for that item, she only charged me $40 for the batteries. The owner told me that it was impossible that I took my watch to them because it cost about $70 to charge the battery on that type of watch. I don't know why this employee quoted me so low, but this was her mistake and not mine. He pretty much said I was lying and that I did not have my battery changed at his location.

I'm not sure if they do. But there is this highly reputable watch store around the corner named watchworks that preform incredible work. But the clock or the movement has to be braught into the store.
