Fixed hearing aid at no cost, and sent me home with parts, saying first appointment is always free! I felt well taken care of here.

Hello Marilyn, Thank you for contacting us! We do not provide ear cleaning as a separate service at this time. We suggest you contact your primary care physician, an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) office, or a nurses clinic to have that done.

Hello Irving, thank you for asking. We work with all styles of hearing devices from the 6 (now 5) major manufacturers. We want to be free to choose the best device for each individual without the need for quotas like some single manufacturer hearing centers have.
Hello James, thank you for contacting us. There are many methods for treating tinnitus and, since tinnitus is uniquely individual, no one method will work for everyone. Unfortunately, while we are contracted with several insurance companies, they do not currently pay for tinnitus assessment and treatment.
