Looking for a brewery open before 3 pm presents a short list, even in brewery-heavy Tampa Bay. Southern Brewing is one of those places. The Seminole Heights area has a cool, up-and-coming kind of vibe to it that I like, as well. No problem parking on the side street. The interior is pleasantly, but not overly, dim. It ain't Publix so we don't need aircraft landing light levels of lumens bombarding our retinas. Had a flight and a full pour of some very tasty dark brews - my favorites - and enjoyed every one. My friend went with a flight of lighter colored beers and had no complaints, either. I'll be back, of course.

This place is great. There is always something new and interesting to try. They also have a great atmosphere and welcoming community. The brewing supplies are great and they are very helpful and welcoming to beginners.

Great spot to relax and unwind with a great beer. Definitely enjoyed the outside seating, it was a beautiful day for it. We enjoyed some sours and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Great place. Been there twice now. The first time was part of the Brew Bus tour. Second was recently. Great beer, nice setup. You can even buy the stuff to make your own beer. The last time though a few of the drinks were pretty flat. Still a good place

Yep! Give them a call and they will share what they offer for tastings
Dan is correct. Since the classes are "hands on" and include beer tastings, it would be difficult to socially distance everyone as well as have them keep their masks on. Hopefully, we'll be able to resume before too long!
Yep, under the bar, next to the purse hooks, along with USB outlets too.
Yes. Wine, beer, cheese - got it all. Plus for brewers, you can sample the grains to taste the freshness.
A far as i know no.
