Our sales person Mike was very nice and stayed late on a Saturday night along with the finance person to complete the sale. I liked the no haggle price at the dealer. The only complaint I had was on the company policy change to accept only 50% of the price via a personal check. I was from out of town helping my daughter purchase the car so I had no access to a local bank. We eventually worked out a solution but it could have been much easier.

If you are ever interested in buying a Ford or looking to have work done on your vehicle. I cannot recommend enough Brandy at Auto Nation Ford in Brooksville. Both her and Christine (Who is in sales) are some of the most understanding and hard-working service people we have dealt with. While having some work done on our vehicle Brandy got us into a renter that was the same as our own. She had that ready for us that day and had the parts for our vehicle ordered and ready to go within three days. The transaction was smooth and painless and I really couldn’t express my gratitude enough. The only side part was the vehicle that was rented to us was via Hertz which is a separate entity of the Ford Dealer. The vehicle did come to us with some spilled coffee inside as well as shavings in the back. Could’ve had a little more cleaning done before it was passed on to its next renter. But we took care of that and made sure that the vehicle was in tiptop shape before we personally returned it. Other than that highly recommend the wonderful ladies at Ford and the wonderful staff of mechanics that worked hard to problem solve and get our car back to us in a timely manner!

Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Todd was the most laid back salesman I’ve ever dealt with. No pressure, answered every question, very thorough. I was looking for a specific type of car and he found it for me in no time. I had been to several dealerships before this one, and boy what a difference. The vehicle I purchased was a Kia Soul, used 2020. Beautiful car, low mileage but it had a scratch/dent on the back that the general manager said they would fix at no extra charge. Will be looking into that when I get back from vacation. Other than that, great people to do business with! Will definitely send friends and family their way!
