This store is always busy so prepare for long lines. There are usually more than 6 cashiers at the front any time of day and lines still form up. In my opinion, this store has the cleanest bathrooms in the entire Inland Empire. I love this store because you get high-end clothes/purses at a moderate price. You can occasionally find an EXCELLENT deal on the clearance racks. Surprisingly, the kitchenware and perfume/cologne sections really are top notch!!

Went to kohl's today for the first time today and last. Not one employee to ask any questions, very pricy and nothing special....paid $38.79 for two 8 packs of socks that I needed for work.... ill go elsewhere next time

It's just "there". Nothing more, nothing less. I'm a long time customer, I have seen so many changes, now have come to realize this department store is just a glorified / snooty Walmart! Quality of product has seriously declined. Clerks are scarce when trying to check out, you always have to wait in line.

Mom and i went shopping today. She got shoes and I got shoes. Much cheaper price and quality brand name shoes. I saw some men's clothing too that ill check out next time. Nice place to shop.

Masks are required to shop. They have masks at the entrance and sanitizer throughout the store. They also have social distancing stickers wherever you have to make a line.
