I recently made an online purchase of $388.40. Three pairs of shoes to be exact. Had to return one pair. I go to the customer service/returns department first level, men's department to return one pair that were to small. An Asian manly looking lady with long black hair asked if she could assist. Just so happen my purchase was on promotional that included a $25.00 gift card because I spent $300+. This lady told me she could not do my $74.10 return because she could not verify the $25.00 gift card and to come back because customer service was closed. It was only 6:59pm. I said you can't do my return because of the gift card clearly glued/attached to my packing slip. I went on to say that makes no sense. I asked for a store manager. She then tells summons over another lady to process my return and advised her to keep my $25 gift card. She then walked away. One of the sales lady said to be honest I never heard of that. I said in most cases the store would lower the price of the return by whatever amount, not confiscate my gift card. I did not want to argue. I'll never shop here again or online and plan to return everything that is returnable within the policy. Last, my total was $388.40, my return was $74.10 which means she was not suppose to take my $25 gift card as my total still fell within the promotion of $300+.

I like this store and shopped online as well as in store often, but this Saks in particular has the WORST customer service! I won’t be retuning to this Saks. Wish I can give this store 0 star.

Customer service is terrible. Took 2 months and countless calls/emails to receive refund for a packet that never left shipping facility.

I like this store for their nice exotic perfumes and well trained sellers like Ms Afsaneh & Ms Niloofar . They are really helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my nice tom ford fabulous and gift set of my terre d'hermes perfumes from here. Highly recommended .
