I’m surprised at how many stars this PDQ has. We ordered off UE last night and wow what a disappointment. Their chicken appears it has a thicker breading in pictures/advertisements, but it’s similar to just a quick flour dredge with seasoning. The chicken itself did not taste seasoned and was dry with the thin coating of whatever the breading was. I asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich and still got one anyways. The waffle fries tasted like they were sitting out for quite some time too. Very very crunchy. You’d expect a fry to be crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy in the inside. In addition to the unseasoned chicken and it being dry and not tender at all… they were extremely small. 5 strips for $10.. they should call them chicken fingers because they were no thicker than my actual finger. This place ain’t it.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! We got chicken strips and it was so good! The employees there are absolutely wonderful employees that you hire, they actually care about their customers and they all seem to love their job there!!!

First time at a PDQ. Definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken does taste better 😋!! The waffle fries are better than their competition. The honey mustard sauce is spot on! My order was prompt and ready in minutes.
