Very poor customer service. I have consistently had a hard time getting my mother the oxygen she needs. The delivery people are the saving grace of this company, making up for the incompetence of staff and management.

The customer service at Verio Healthcare is below standard. No one seems to know anything. When they say they are going to do something or resolve your issue, it's just to get you off the phone. I have been trying to get a full face mask for the past two months, and just yesterday it was "sent out". Let's see if they really did it this time.
