Very disappointed with how the shop in 4S Ranch has handled a bicycle repair. My bike has now been in the shop 3 times for the same problem and the latest time it has taken over a month and I still don't have my bike back. I have yet to receive a reason why its taken so long, but did find out my bike was taken to shop in Ramona and now in Poway. I have tried to reach out to the owner without success.

It look like that a usual practice to take online orders and then disappear ? I ordered Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 11-Speed Dual Control Levers you charged my CC and i can get any information about my order. I call you and you said we are not dealing with online orders so i need to chat online from web site. Trying to get hold of someone to chat, passed my phone number no one called or text me as promised.

I took my back wheel in as they were preparing to close for the day. In 30 years of riding I had my first problem with a presta valve. I could not inflate or deflate the tube. In 5 minutes he removed the valve and with a slight adjustment it worked again. An easy fix if you have the right tool, which I didn’t. Thanks guys. I can ride today. Service with a smile and I’m a very happy customer. They have been great in the past and again yesterday.

Everyone here is so down to earth friendly 🙏🏽 Im a noob in the bike world, just put my bike together after I had it shipped to my house and needed to make sure it was fully tuned. Vinny in service went above and beyond - took his time to do a full check and adjust my derailleur PLUS he also volunteered some valuable info and answered all my questions. And just like that i found my go-to spot 🏆 10/10 would recommend!
