Steak 'n Shake

We were a party of 6 adults (ages 18 to 79). We ordered 6 meals. Orders were placed on the kiosk, so there were no communication issues. The receipt showed what we ordered. Somehow they got 3 out of 6 meals wrong. Sorry, a 50% failure is not a mistake, it is incompetence. They corrected their failures, but acted like we were putting them out. We were never offered an apology. The locations near were we live are much better than this one. This particular location is a poor representation of the Steak and Shake family. I am only giving 2 stars because the food tasted the way it should.

Best steak n shake burger I've had in a while. Cooked to perfection. I don't particularly like the ordering system. More specifically I don't like that there is no cash option in the store. Food came quickly and everything was clean.

Fries was cold, ordered a bowl of chili and got this talked to the manger about it and that it was not a bowl and requested a refund for the chili witch he refused to refund fir the chili. Very disappointed

They took thirty minutes to mix 3 shakes when there were almost no customers. An employee aimlessly walked the restaurant and apologized when I asked about the delay saying that there was only one person who could mix the shakes. When the shakes arrived they were one third shake, one third whipped cream, and one third empty. A half of a maraschino cherry was stuck to the side of a very sticky cup. How did they miss? Stick the cherry in the hole on the top. Miserable experience when I'm trying to get my ice cream fix for the night.
