Always has issues with their online platform. Never has what I order online. Always calls with some excuse. Cancelled my order on 3 separate occasions due to staffing issues after I’d already received confirmation that it’s packaged and will arrive today. One time they didn’t even call. Doesn’t care. Offers empty apology because issues are recurring and never fixed. Good luck!!

Bruce Is Amazing!!! I Come Here Because It’s Closest To My Job & Every-time I Come In He’s So Helpful So Friendly! He Remembers My Name Walking In and That Makes Me Feel Like I’m at home ! He Talks To Me While I Wait & that is the greatest!! Great Job For Being So Amazing Bruce!!

I just went to the lady lake, villages location today July 9th and the gentleman Bruce was very nice and sweet and he always remembers my name and treats me like family. The employee Latoya was very rude. She came out to the lobby and was talking very mean and rude to Bruce in front of all of us customers which were many and was rude to me and my daughter whom is my medical surrogate.and I brought the notarized documents with me to show the employees helping me . I will continue to shop at this location only because Bruce is a awesome employee and is very nice and accommodating to all the customers. Bruce gets 5 stars from me always.

This is the worst dispensary I have EVER been to. They made me wait half an hour then sold me EMPTY BOXES with NO PRODUCT IN THEM then made me wait even LONGER in the front room just to come back and get the PRODUCT I PAID FOR i was treated rude and dismissively by the employees. I haven’t been Trulieve in over a year but I was in the neighborhood and I am NEVER COMING TO THIS DISPENSARY EVER AGAIN go to Muv or curaleaf or surterra this place is AWFUL.
