Took my key fob in to replace the battery and the employee put the battery in backwards and broke the little metal tab piece off and now they won't replace it, horrible customer service.

I want to offer five stars to the service I received today (6/8/21) by the two employees who assisted me this morning at Auto Zones store at 4147 West County Rd on 466. Allow me to explain, as anyone who has replaced windshield wipers, it is a difficult task for the novice as most after market parts require adapters. These two professionals made the extra effort to guide me through the job until its completion! While many auto stores may promise to assist, this team backs up their talk with action!
