I didn’t think it was possible, but this seems to be a problem with this location. I’ve never had my order right since I’ve been here and after half a dozen times, I think it’s safe to never go back here again. They don’t read modifiers to food(I ask for extra pickles and get none), they don’t add sauces you ask for on the first or second time, and they will even sell you a drink(by itself) and let you drive away with no straw. This Chick-fil-A makes me go to the other location off 27(extra 2 miles away) or even PDQs to fulfill my craving. I live close to Hancock so this is the most convenient location, but not coming here anymore.

I always go to this location usually no compliments might have to wait a bit. But that’s everywhere but what ruined my whole day was I placed an pick up order usually they will call if it’s been there for a while I received no call I sent my colleague to pick it up for me and when she arrived they told her they tossed it. The worker was not apologetic nothing she did not care and didn’t do anything to make it right !!!! This is not the Chick-fil-A I know I’m sorry I won’t be going back the one on hammock ridge always call before they toss it this Chikfila on 50 do not care they will toss it out your food with no notice I’m at work starving Thanks A lot ! I should’ve known better then to go to another one other then the one on 27.

Smart Chick-fil-A people know a good one, this location needs assistance with their drive-thru. I don’t think they it built for the population and growth of the area they need to get a bigger location and hopefully will look at how other locations operate, they have way too many stops and pull cars into the in coming traffic flow because they can’t keep up with the high request of nugget meals. I should know I eat Chick-fil-A so I’m smart.

My grandmothers love Chick -fill- A do when I go to visit them, I always stop to get them their favorite food. This particular restaurant is in Clermont I always go inside because the drive thru is always pack. I have never had a bad experience with the food it is always fresh. The restaurant is always clean and let me tell you the dinning room is as busy as the drive thru. I recommend this location if ever find yourself in Clermont. I go every other week and I have never been disappointed.
