No weekend planned activities, pool water was very warm. Camping spots were tight getting in and out, very narrow roads. They did have a very nice fire pit area.

Wonderful pool, staff, and management! Activities and water views of fountains in the ponds! A wonderful well maintenance’ place! With enforced quiet hours!! Close to everything in old Homosassa waterfront!! 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Don’t go if you have a large family. We have 5 children under 8 years old. They can only accommodate 6 people. What are we supposed to do leave one at home? Everywhere else we have gone where they have this rule has never gave us any trouble because they are CHILDREN!

What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I enjoyed a short weekend getaway here and couldn't be more happy with our stay! The office staff were wonderful and we were lucky enough to meet the delightful full timer across the way from our space. After we left, he noticed that we left our surge protector plugged in and got in touch with the office who gave a us call right away. We look forward staying there again in the near future.
