Before O'Reilly I went to the competitor A Z across the street and was told the spark plug that I needed was not available and there's no alternative replacement. O'Reilly had the exact part same brand with matching number and all. The assistant manager at O'Reilly assisted me, she was courteous and professional.

Between my wife and I, we own 7 vehicles. A little late model imported sedan, a pick-up, a van, and four motorcycles, going back 5 decades. Needless to say, I need things on occasion. Lol! I have several nearby choices, but always use O'Reilly. They simply have better customer service, and knowledge, across the board. I assume it's the "Corporate Philosophy", but they are so much better than "Brand X" I live ten minutes from this store, but from my experience, they are all pretty much the same.

Average chain auto parts store, they seem kind of pricy for oil and oil filters, if thats all you need drive down the road a little further and visit Walmart and same some $$
