First time trying On Q. We got takeout...smoked sausage plate and rib plate. First thing I see when I get this home is a moldy bun. How can you miss that? Pretty unappetizing. Sausage was equivalent to those prepackaged ones you get at the supermarket. Ribs were obviously sitting for a while. Collard greens were ok. Mac and cheese was good. They were out of a couple things, items on menu they don't make anymore. I ordered around 5:30pm and wondering if this is more of a lunch place since they close so early (7pm). Regardless, I won't be trying it again.

Amazing bbq! Yes totally worth the trip. Pulled pork that is extremely tender and delicious, beef brisket also tender and wonderful. Baby back ribs that are the best we have had in years. Go. Thank me later.

We were looking for somewhere new to try and stumbled upon On Q Grill. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. We left about 330pm. Imagine my surprise when I hear my doorbell ring after 9pm and the waitress that served us was standing at the door. She delivered my wallet that I unknowingly left to my house. I hadn’t even realized it was missing. I live in Zephyrhills. I don’t know the waitress’s name but I will find out. There are great people in the world. Thank you!!!!

The food tasted good, the customer service was just mediocre is the reason for the 3 stars. After we sat down I'm pretty sure our server forgot about us. She came out about 10 minutes later to go to another table and looked surprised that we were there waiting for some service. It was about the same level of service from there on out.
