I was expecting professionalism, but unfortunately this was not the case. Me and my boys were measured with confidence by the owner (older gentleman), but upon returning to pick up the tuxedos my sons pants were extremely short by about 3-4 inches and my jacket was tight and damaged. The daughter of the owner really pushed to put the poor measurement blame on my 14 year old son, stating that her father measures from wherever the pants are that are worn when you come in to the store, it was very odd. We had to come in the next day to pick up the fixed pants and the different jacket for me. We were not offered to try on the dress shirt or the vest which turns out to be a big mistake. The day of the wedding I attempted to put on the vest and it was so tight that I ended up having to go without. When I dropped off the tuxes the day after the wedding, I mentioned the fact that I was not able to use the vest because it was to tight. It did not even faze the owner, no apology, no surprise, almost as though it was common. At no point did I attempt to argue or get discounts for the mishandling of my service, but I can tell you with confidence that if you get your tuxedo from this store, they will not take any responsibility for their mistakes nor will they show any remorse.

Easy and fast rental process, excellent customer service. You can pay in full the day of the fitting and simply pick up later, which makes the process even faster. The Daughter of the owner is exceptionally detail oriented and gives you etiquette dress code advise. GREAT PRICES TOO!!! We have been customers for 10 years!! *****HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****
