Food good as usual. Restaurant was very empty and the food still took 45 minutes. Was there for a birthday and had it in the reservation 2 times as a birthday and still no one remembered.

I had dinner at the Palms on April 22 with a good friend and we sat at the bar. Zito, the bartender, took care of us and we had an enjoyable evening. A few days later I noticed I did not receive my Landry’s points for that evening. Therefore, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He told me he was too busy to take care of the problem and that I should call him the next day after lunch time. The next day after lunch, I called the restaurant and no one picked up. I have been trying to get this resolved and he has not been helpful at all. Shame on him and the Palms.

The prices for the steak are 60+ no sides (expected for a “fine dining steak houses”) however the steaks were nothing special. No major wow factor. Had to ask for water 3 times… I new the prices going into this, that’s not the issue. Heck the steak isn’t even the issue. When your going to pay 60+ for a steak I better have exceptional service. There’s no exception for this. It falls on management. Hands down. No matter how busy a place gets for the price you pay should always have exceptional service. It’s sad when you compare it to a Dennis’s where it’s expected to have hit and miss service. Just my opinion though. The manager did come and give us a carrot cake. That’s why I bumped it up a star. Maybe it was just a bad day, everyone has them. I can’t justify giving any more stars though just from the price you pay. You can’t afford to have a bad day…

I dined at the Palm a few months ago and we had an excellent experience we ordered 2 -5lbs lobsters and they were so large that we could barely finished we went back with the family about 3 weeks ago , we ordered 3 5lbs lobster price $170 each. the lobsters they brought were much smaller , we told the waiter that those were not 5 lbs lobsters . he went to talk to the manager and came back saying the manager said ,that yes they were. Our billing was over $750 and the manager didn't even come to the table to talk to us , that made me suspicious that he probably didn't want to assures us that they were 5lbs. the waiter was very pleasant and the service was good. they send a couple of desserts to the table that they didn't charge for them. it will be a long tie before i go to the Palm restaurant , i don't think they were truthful rosalie S.

Steak and lobster for 2. You can always call and ask for Michael the manager he is great offerung his help
You should double check but I think they serve Turkey that day also..along with the regular menu
