It's a great little trail that most anyone can handle. There are plenty of cool old trees and beautiful plants. Please remember to take your trash out with you and leave the place better than you found it.

Fun short hike. Seemed really close to civilization but after you enter the woods there is peace only nature could provide.

Let's get through the technical first. 1) The entry way is the one before the golf course and if you see a gate and it's closed that's ok. It's not for the parking, which as others have noted is parking limited. So I opted for the golf course parking and walked the few extra steps. If you happen to accidentally pass both entryways be warned the third is "private property" and she will be irritable even if you're lost and just trying to turn around. 2) If you like nature, like really like it not just because you're suppose to be in it for good health, GO! This was a gem for my Saturday morning hike. I enjoy palm leaves dropping morning dew on my face and walking into streams of spider webs as they cross the canopy. The SUN shone through just enough to keep it pleasantly lit. I just so happened to visit after two great rains so the ground was fertile and full of life. As you take deep healing breathes in you will catch a fresh and sweet fragrance from whatever is growing in the bush. 3) Lastly, if you understand that water is healing then you will trully enjoy that part most of all. The majority of the walk is near a stream with one spot hosting a bench to hear the water flowing. There are many side trails that will lead down to the creek for you to choose, to your liking. I have posted my spot. I hope you enjoy and honor the space as I have.

Nice find in the middle of a populated area... One that is hard to find even when you know where it's supposed to be. I drove right past it the first time because you really can't see the small entrance until you are right on it. I enjoyed the wall and the views.
